Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data GOGO VPN needs to operate the website, account and support channels, why we use it, and how to contact us about privacy.

Updated:

The service operates under the name GOGO VPN. The service team receives privacy requests at support@gogovpn.online. The operator’s legal name and address will be added once its details are confirmed.

This Policy covers gogovpn.online, its account area and related support requests. If you use Telegram, a payment provider or another app, that service’s own terms and privacy notice also apply.

  • Account: verified email address, account creation date, one-time code and session records.
  • Telegram, if you link it: verified Telegram ID, link status, bot language and trial status.
  • Subscription: panel client identifier, expiry date, traffic usage, limits and last connection time when available from the panel.
  • Payment requests: selected plan, invoice amount and currency, status, dates and payment instructions. The account does not ask for card details.
  • Support: your message, reply address and conversation history sent through the account, email or Telegram.
  • Security and site operation: IP address and technical request data needed to limit login attempts, protect the service and diagnose faults. Hosting and network providers may keep their own technical logs.
  • Site statistics: a daily anonymous browser identifier in a protected cookie. We store only its hash to count distinct browsers per Moscow day; the page address and request contents are not stored in this table.

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide and display access, process payment requests, respond to support messages and meet applicable legal duties. Linking Telegram and contacting support are your choices.

The legal ground depends on the activity: providing the service under our agreement, complying with law, protecting the service and its users, or consent where required. Where the GDPR applies, the corresponding grounds are contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.

The account is not used to record websites you visit, DNS queries or the contents of your traffic. The subscription panel may still show access status, traffic volume and the last connection. We use this technical information to display your plan and resolve service issues.

Network infrastructure and its logs need separate assessment from account data. This Policy does not promise absolute anonymity or control over data held by external networks and apps.

Providers of hosting, email delivery, Telegram and payment services may process data needed for their respective functions when you choose those channels. Authorized service staff may access the VPN panel and support requests. We may disclose data in response to a lawful request within the limits of applicable law.

We do not sell personal data. Recipients outside your country may process data under their own policies. The specific countries, providers and transfer safeguards must be confirmed against the final infrastructure.

Login codes expire after 10 minutes and account sessions after up to 30 days; expired records are removed from the account database. Account, subscription and support data are kept while needed to provide access, answer requests and resolve issues. Invoice records may be kept longer where law or a dispute requires it. When a purpose ends, data is deleted or de-identified unless a mandatory retention period applies.

The statistics cookie is renewed daily; daily visitor hashes are deleted after 90 days. They are not linked to an account.

We limit access to data, use a secure website connection and protected session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable law permits. Some data may need to be retained for legal obligations, an open dispute or an existing paid service period. Where the GDPR applies, you may also have rights to restriction and portability.

Email support@gogovpn.online from the address linked to your account, or tell us another way to verify ownership. We may ask for additional information to confirm identity. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

The current version and update date are shown here. If a change materially affects processing, we will give appropriate advance notice where required by law.
